The content of the Site, and the Site as a whole, is intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use by the users of our site. You may download, blog, print or store selected portions of the content, provided you give credit to Sexton in the City and source back to www.sextoninthecity.ca
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase so we have made our return/exchange system very simple. All items are thoroughly inspected before being shipped to ensure a high level of quality in the items you purchase from us.
All refunds will be credited as Store Credit
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. Please note we do not offer credit or exchange on items purchased on sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as makeup, skincare & bath products.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Health and personal care items
* Items that were purchased on sale
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it.
We do not provide a return label and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
These items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, not damaged. Any returns worn, washed, damaged, not in original condition, will be rejected. Returns made within 14 days of receiving your merchandise, will be inspected for approval, and you will be notified once the refund has been processed. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed.
Online returns can be made in store if it is more convenient for you.

Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Sexton in the City reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, your return will be processed as a Store Credit, which you can use towards you new purchase online or in-store.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
HOLIDAY 2018 RETURNS
Beginning December 1st, our 14-day policy will be extended for all gift purchases. Customers will have until January 8th 2019 to exchange or receive store credit on most items. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags still attached. Winter accessories (i.e scarves, gloves & hats) and jewelry are EXCHANGE ONLY. Please note that gift certificates, makeup, home and/or bath & body products are not eligible for return or exchange.
